This house was amazing and was the best surprise for my husbands birthday. Florida Charms Vacation Rentals were amazing hosts and we were blown away with the extremely fast responses when we had a question about the pool and check out. We couldn’t stop talking about the beautiful decor and speaking of the pool, it was our favorite. It was a quick walk to the beach each day and were lucky enough to see dolphins almost every time! Lovely sunny space! Windows everywhere! Porches, patios and decks! Tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Comfortable layout with Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for adult couples. Easy location. Great neighborhood-Gated community with keyless entry. Beautiful beach close by. Tennis courts right next door. Plenty of towels provided (even beach towels). Beach supplies -chairs, boogie boards and cooler were available for our use. We Recommend this property.

Stayed here first week in June with the family. We had a wonderful time, it's a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to Seaside. Many eating places within walking distance and short drive to the Publix Supermarket. It was nice to have a swimming pool and the kitchen was great. The house had plenty of room and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend it for a family vacation.
