Welcome to "Magnolia Charms"! Located in the charming Crystal Beach community in Destin, this extensive remodel was inspired by Chip and Joanna Gaines of "Fixer Upper" fame, using a combination of their gorgeous and comfortable modern farmhouse style with a little coastal cottage flair.
Upon entering the 3 bedroom/3 bath home, you are greeted with boasts of natural light and an open floor plan that has been recently remodeled with all new furnishings, shiplap walls, wood floors throughout, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and much more! Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with king bed and private bath. Upstairs are 2 additional master bedrooms each with king beds, two sets of twin beds and private baths. Both bedrooms also have private balconies to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. With multiple decks, large balconies and lush landscaping, there is no shortage of outdoor living to be had. The backyard is also fully fenced for kids and pets to enjoy. Magnolia Charms is the perfect coastal farmhouse for you and your loved ones to rest, unplug, and enjoy time together!
"Magnolia Charms " is a safe and short two-minute walk to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes. The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high rise condos are allowed in this unique area.

| We loved this stay ! The house is gorgeous, there is everything you need even beach chairs and a tent that you can take to the beach that is only 2 min walk ! so perfect. thanks for making our trip so amazing. |

| Can’t recommend this space enough! Beautiful home and 5 min walk to the beach (we timed it). Used our car to transport coolers, pop-up shelter, etc to the public beach. Spent our nights on the porch and sitting in the grass. And rumor has it there is a pool coming! ?? |

| We had a fantastic stay! Check in was easy with a touch pad lock. There was a small issue with the battery door lock which was addressed EXTREMELY quickly. The home was a quick walk to the beach. If you tend to bring quite a bit to the beach as we do, I would recommend a golf cart rental as there is little parking close to the beach (except for golf carts). Would stay again and highly recommend to friends and family! |
