When you are in Seagrove Beach, you are arguably “in the middle of it all.” Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the planned communities of WaterSound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are a few miles east. Not that you need to go anywhere, of course, as Seagrove is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bikeride away. Most homes in Seagrove are either tucked away beneath stately oak trees or overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Great spot to stay with access to Seagrove beach! This townhome comes with a golf cart which is super helpful when going to the beach!

Wonderful place in quiet neighborhood. 6 of us stayed here and it felt like the perfect size to where everyone had their own space. Dog friendly is a big plus, as well as the golf cart. Had everything we needed and with the golf cart it was like a 3-4 min drive to beach. Just far enough from Seaside to where it’s a quick golf cart trip away, but you are not bogged down by all the crowds. Beach is super cool as Eastern Lake flows into it, so you get to see really cool ecological occurrence. Will definitely consider this place for future trips.

This is a beautiful condo centrally located to all that 30A has to offer while being situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The golf cart was a helpful and fun way to get us and our things to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much!
