Welcome to Poolside Bliss! This newly renovated condo has one of the best views in the Villa.This recently updated condo boasts high end furnishing, beautiful countertops and NO carpet! Enjoy watching TV on a large flat screen in the living room, or just hang out on the balcony overlooking the oversized pool or watch the waves on the gulf. Master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, with its private bath and a private acces to the balcony. Sit and sip your coffee in the morning. Have a glass of wine and watch Destin's beautiful sunsets. The other bedroom consist of a Queen bed,adjacent to another full bath perfect for the kids. Each beds are wrapped in microfiber sheets and topped with luxury hotel pillows.
Destin beach is just steps away with a beautiful view from your private balcony. Poolside Villas is located on Holiday Isle at Norriego Point. This conveniently located complex is a great location for snorkeling and fishing or just watching the boats enter the Gulf. Poolside Villas amenities include a centrally located pool with BBQ grills. There are two types of views at Poolside Villas – one looks out over the pool with the Gulf of Mexico in the background, and the other allows you to view the Harbor and marina. This three story complex is a great way to spend your holiday or a long weekend.

We had a great trip at Florida Charm. The place is nicely updated and decorated so cute. It was great being just steps from the beach. Best part was the SUPER friendly downstair neighbors, Mr Bill & his wife. They invited us to play cornhole, watch the fireworks and even give us some of his award winning secret mustard sauce which was to die for! We had a blast in Destin!

If you are looking for a quite, secluded, family place; you have found it. This is a great location with a Winn-Dixie, Target, cute coffee shops, and local restaurants down the road (within 5-8 minutes). The condo is as picture and very clean. It has everything you need to cook a meal and a washer/dryer to do your laundry. The pool (not heated) was small but we were there for the beach. The beach, is within walking distance and it is gorgeous. We seen dolphins everday and really enjoyed looking for fish or crabs around the rocks! The more aggressive waves were about a ten minute walk, but well worth it! John & Rizz have thought of everything and are one phone call/text away if need. We will be back!!

It is a very very beautiful, cozy place close to the beach. Loved every bit at the house. Also quite close to other stores in case you need to buy anything on a short notice.

This is a beautiful condo. Easy access to shopping boardwalk crab island restaurants. Excellent location. Beautiful beach. Everything was perfect.
