This cozy enclave is centrally located in Seagrove beach, only a short walk from downtown Seaside. Enter the front door and you’ll be greeted by travertine floors meant to make sugar sand from the beach a non-issue. The kitchen’s breakfast bar overlooks the living room and is adjacent to the dining room. The dining room has seating for four, in addition to seating for three at the breakfast bar. Beyond the living room are the stairs to the second floor. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a private bathroom and balcony allow for a truly personalized experience. Adjacent to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom featuring a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. We’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay in this cozy bungalow. Enter your private neighborhood and you’ll be greeted by plenty of available parking. Carefully manicured Florida palms and local flora abound, adding to the relaxing ambiance. A community pool and hot tub will ensure that water is never more than a few steps away! Additionally the pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and visiting space. When you are in Seagrove Beach, you are arguably “in the middle of it all.” Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the planned communities of WaterSound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are a few miles east. Not that you need to go anywhere, of course, as Seagrove is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bikeride away. Most homes in Seagrove are either tucked away beneath stately oak trees or overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
