Great location and perfect accommodations for quick beach trips. While this place doesn't have things like a full size fridge/freezer or oven, it has everything you need to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach that is just steps away. the dual balconies offer great views. The proximity to great food cannot be beat.

| Jon & Rizz's condo is a great place to stay to get away to the beach for a few days! It is in a great location and takes no time to walk to the beach. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place on 30A. |

| Such a quaint little place to stay! Perfect location! A short few steps to an amazing beach. Wonderful trail system for walking and biking. Love the area, and will definitely be back! |

| The space was very clean and exactly as it looked in the photos provided. A very lovely space for a couple, and extremely close to the beach which is so convenient. The location was perfect for our stay, made our vacation even better than we expected. |

| Great location, perfect for a couple. Nice king bed, cozy living room and kitchen. It’s right above a coffee shop on third floor, walk to shops, breakfast, beach, bar, great oyster place across the street. Thank you!! |
