Newly remodeled top floor condo, just a few minutes walk to the beach! Beachwood Paradise is a cozy beach condo has plenty of space to enjoy. You cannot beat the location of this condo! Step outside and cross the street for the beach access. Walk to Cafe Thirty-A, Donut Hut and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or the community pool. The beach access is less than 3-minute walk over from the condo. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away.

We had a fantastic time at Beachwood Villas! This was the perfect place for our long weekend getaway! It’s a very stylish, comfortable place with adorable art! We highly recommend!!!!

Great location, very clean, good value. There were some minor problems, which they responded to quickly. We were attending an annual event, would be happy to go back there again next year.

| We loved this unit. It was very comfortable. Two Samsung smart Tv’s great Bed. Updated by far better than most. The best part is the location. Just across from the beach. Tons of walking and biking opportunities. We would book again in a heartbeat. Cheers Eric and Susan |

| For the $, this place is a steal. Walking distance to the beach and a very popular gas station with everything you’ll need while on vacation. Host very quick to respond, which was awesome. A couple of tips - 1. There’s another shower at the pool if you want to get sand off of your body before heading to the condo. 2. Leave light switches on at the front door (far right [if i remember correctly] is for exterior light, you can turn that off as needed) - connects to WiFi box. |
