| This was a spacious, clean, and quiet stay. We were a group of six and had plenty of room that catered to privacy when needed yet allowed for ample social settings. The place is well-located and is an easy walk to the beach, as well as a short drive or bike ride to surrounding beaches. We had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The porch was a plus, and there is an outdoor shower and gas grill. My only suggestion is to prepare an info book and a list of available equipment to rent (we were unable to find one of these). Would stay here again. |

The house exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate, and we had no issues checking into the house. The kitchen was big and spacious with all the amenities you have at home. We were able to sit around and cook and spend time as a family. All the bedrooms have a full bathroom, which is a big bonus with our big family. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable. We had never stayed in Santa Rosa but would go back in a heartbeat. The town is so lovely and laid back. I would recommend Jon & Rizz and their house!!!

| Our family had a wonderful stay in your place. The layout was perfect! We were spread out enough from one another, but had plenty of space to gather when we wanted to. The house was close to the beach, and some great places to eat. We were also happy with how clean everything was. We had a wonderful time! |

| This was a beautiful spacious home and a perfect place to stay with my extended family while we were in town visiting. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and each couple got their own bathroom! The open kitchen and living room layout was perfect for hanging out and catching up while keeping an eye on the kids. My 3-year-old niece had a blast with the toys that were available on the side porch. Everyone agreed this would be a great place to come back to on our next visit! |

This was a well appointed home in a great location. Lots of extra touches. We loved the space and it worked great for our family during our holiday in Florida. We would highly recommend Jon & Rizz for anyone looking for a great place with the extra touches. We felt right at home.

| My husband and I definitely enjoyed this home! Even though it was just him and I, it felt like home....enough room for us to spread out! I could have just stayed in the master bath for the entire vacation :). This home would be perfect for a family getaway, or a couples retreat. Great customer service, quiet neighborhood, great local bars and food! Not to far away from Destin and the outlet malls. We will definitely go back! |

| This house is beautiful and is perfect for a family looking to get away for a few days. Each room has its own bathroom which is definitely a plus... and Of course the master bathroom has such a beautiful bathtub! I love that the rooms had room darkening curtains for those mornings that you just want to have a nice lie-in. Quite neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Any questions were immediately responded to and I was given great recommendations for a yoga studio and massage. Will definitely be back. |
