| Arrive at Jon & Rizz's place and the house was clean and spacious. The layout of the house is very well design. Had more then enough beds and bathroom for my Family Reunion. The area is very quiet! |

| Nothing short of an amazing vacation!! I can’t believe how large all three floors are in this beautiful house!! It was so spacious and so close to the beach! I have travelled to Aruba, the Caribbean, Greece and nothing beats the beach here!! The hosts were always responsive when we had a question. I highly recommend!! |

Villa De Palmas was such an amazing home! From the moment we walked in the front door we were amazed! The spiraling staircase is so unique and we loved the fun bunk rooms downstairs. The location is amazing- a quick walk to the beach as well as great restaurants (Kenny D's, Capt. Daves; Pompano Joes and Crab Trap are also very close by). The home was decorated very nicely and was very clean. It had an open dining and living area, perfect for accommodating a larger group. We absolutely loved this house and highly recommend!

| If you are looking for a home that can accommodate more than 16 guests I would definitely recommend staying here. The house is very big and guests can sleep comfortably in every room. With that being said the location is perfect as the beach is only about a 5-8 minute walk just like it was mentioned in the description. Jon & Rizz were very quick with their responses and I can ultimately say they were the perfect hosts. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home if you are looking to have great with your family. |

| This house is perfect for a large family trip to Destin! The location is perfect within a quick and beautiful walk to the beach. Enough room for everyone and plenty of amenities for cooking a family dinner. Landscaping also allows for privacy between homes and adequate shade from the Destin sun. | The home is absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. This place is absolutely as advertised. We rented the home for a week to house a family vacation. The home really does sleep 16+ people COMFORTABLY. Jon & Rizz were always very fast at replying back when I had a question. Enough good things cannot be said about this whole experience. We are thinking about making this trip yearly and if we do, we will stay nowhere else. We’ve been spoiled by these great human beings and their wonderful home. |
