DESTIN CHARMSFrom the moment you walk in, the view of the harbor will take your breathe away. Condo is beautifully decorated with each bedroom equipped with king size memory foam beds,covered in microfiber sheets. The condo is fullystocked with basic necessities for your vacation needs, to include cooking basics in the kitchen, beach chairs and umbrellas for the private beach, linens, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom necessities.The condo is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is less than five minute walk to the private gated beach access across the street. Located directly to the water, take the water taxi (Mar-Oct) from the dock to all your favorite restaurants, shopping and nightlife to include the famous Harbor Walk Village for only $5. All the cafes, restaurants and grocery shopping, like Target are within 2-5 minute drive!
Only 30 foot boat or less allowed to dock. Must provide copy of boat insurance with $500K liability coverage, 72 hours before arrival.
Only 2 vehicles allowed. NO TRAILER PARKING.

| Location, Location...LOCATION! Considering the circumstances, we could not be happier with our stay. We were able to Social Distance, the access to the private beach was perfect...2 minute walk across the street. Perfect house for a family of 5-6, it was quite and peaceful! We will definitely be back! |

| The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean! Just a quick short walk to the beach, very close to town.. Perfect place to spend our honeymoon.. We can't wait to go back. |

| This was our second time staying at this particular air bnb, and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless clean when we arrived and you really get the feel of being in your own beach home here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the boat dock was great for swimming. Our group is already plannning for our next stay! |

| This place was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, beds were so comfy it was hard to get up to get our days started! Jon & Rizz were very prompt with returning messages for any questions or problems we had. They truly care about your stay. If you’re bringing a boat your in luck! Great boat slip to tie up your boat with a hose out there too for any cleaning you need to do. It’s a beautiful ride thru the harbor to your condo, probably between 10-15 minutes being it’s a no wake zone but it’s beautiful. We I’ll be using you guys again! Thanks so much! |

| Jon & Rizz’s place is by far one of the cleanest places I’ve had to lay my head down. They’re awesome host who’s responsiveness is like no other. Their home is so warm and cozy and literally matches the photos posted. I would recommend anyone to stay there and also plan to make a trip back. |
