Perfect beach house within half a mile to the sugary white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the spacious and open concept where the kitchen meets with the living room. The kitchen boasts an oversized island that is perfect for gathering the whole family.
This house has 4 bedrooms and bunk room or study. 9 ft ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops and vanities, and stainless appliances. We know that every long day of adventure during a vacation needs a good rest! Our comfortable beds are wrapped in microfiber sheets to help you get a good night sleep.
Satinwood Retreat comes with a free golf cart where you can take anywhere on the 30A county road and enjoy the restaurants and shopping experience nearby. Located just less than 5 minute drive to Gulf Place, this home is perfect getaway home away from home!
Gulf Place is located along a 26-mile stretch of sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Northwest Florida’s celebrated Emerald Coast. Gulf Place is one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton that has its own character and charm. This colorful community is one of 30A’s original new urban developments. The 25 acre community is located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393.
Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful Green spaces and plenty of park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Don't forget to bring: While Florida Charms provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
