The extensive remodel was inspired by Chip and Joanna Gaines of "Fixer Upper" fame, using a combination of their gorgeous and comfortable farmhouse style with a little Destin coastal cottage flair.
Magnolia Beach House is a short and safe two-minute walk (one block with sidewalks) to the world-famous white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
You will fall in love with the Crystal Beach neighborhood of Destin, known for its white picket fences and upscale cottage-style homes. The area is convenient to an outdoor shopping mall, a movie theater, countless restaurants, and shops, water park, go carts, and several world class golf courses, but still maintains a quiet and family-friendly beach atmosphere. No high-rise condos are allowed in this unique area.\
The large private pool (12x24) is surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence and sunbathing deck. Enjoy comfortable outdoor dining on the screened-in porch overlooking the private pool and perfectly maintained lush landscaping. There is a gas grill for you to use with our compliments.
Don't forget to bring: While Florida Charms provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
